Each Madison bed is handcrafted to order. Due to the bespoke nature of these designs, including custom rail heights, and made-to-order production process, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.

Each piece is individually crafted with exceptional care, attention to detail, and meticulous workmanship before shipment. In the unlikely event your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or missing component, please contact us promptly and our team will ensure the matter is resolved with the care and attention it deserves.

Our beds are designed for toddler age and above who can safely get in and out of bed independently.

Our beds are imported and produced by carefully selected production partners based overseas. Each bed is handcrafted to order by skilled woodcrafters and then imported to the United States.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

As each bed is handcrafted to order, modification and cancellation requests may only be accommodated within a limited timeframe after purchase.

Do you accept returns?

As our customized beds Madison (40") & Medina (50") are specialized dimensions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these custom-made items.

What is the timeframe for each order?

Each Signatured Wood bed is handcrafted and made to order.

Please allow approximately 6–12 weeks for production. Lead times may vary depending on current order volume, customization requirements, and production schedules. We appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail and quality.

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary shipping within the continental US for all orders, and provide tracking information. At this time, we do not ship to the states of Alaska or Hawaii.
