Return and Refund Policy 

Thank you for choosing SignaturedWood! We strive to deliver quality and satisfaction. However, if you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that meet the conditions outlined below.

  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in unused condition. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in a reduced refund or return refusal.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Custom-made or personalized products

    • Clearance or sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Any item damaged due to improper handling or use

Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at hello@signaturedwood.com within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the product was damaged during shipping.

  2. Approval & Instructions: If your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to ship the item.

  3. Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as SignaturedWood is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

  4. Restocking Fee: For non-defective returns, a 15% restocking fee will apply to cover inspection and handling.

Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Refund Amount: Approved refunds will be issued minus the restocking fee and any shipping costs. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process and will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds: Items that are returned with signs of use or not in original packaging may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@signaturedwood.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damage.

  • Resolution: We may offer a replacement or partial refund for damaged items after review. We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged item before issuing a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

  • We only exchange items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at hello@signaturedwood.com to request an exchange.

Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing or shipping stages.
